Description
A “bill book” is a record book where a business keeps track of all the sales invoices (bills) they issue to customers, essentially documenting all their sales transactions, while a “challan book” is a book used to generate delivery challans, which are documents acknowledging the receipt of goods, often used when goods are shipped before the final invoice is issued; essentially, it’s a proof of delivery without necessarily signifying a completed sale.
